At Simuero, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be fully satisfied with your unique piece. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code and the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Simuero branded box and protective packaging to ensure the item remains in pristine, unworn condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
