Every piece is designed and handcrafted in our workshop in Valencia, Spain, using traditional techniques and sustainable materials.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
What materials do you use?
We primarily work with recycled 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plating. Our stones are natural and unique, meaning every piece has its own distinct character.
How do I find my ring size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
